"Light Commercial" Reverse Osmosis Systems are designed to supply purified water at production rates ranging from 100GPD to 1200 GPD. The standard RO units are designed as standalone for floor or table mounting.  AMPAC USA also manufactures Wall Mount Reverse Osmosis Units for smaller spaces.

Reverse Osmosis is a process where water is fed into a semi-permeable membrane in a cylindrical housing using a high-pressure pump and exits as purified permeate water.  Contaminants and mineral salts cannot pass through the membrane element and instead exit through the concentrated reject stream that is usually sent to a normal drain. 

AMPAC USA's RO Systems use high-rejection membrane technology that achieves an average ionic removal rate of 98 to 99.9 percent.
